In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful For the program conducted by these guys from Society For Youth regarding awareness and how to build leadership and how to bring peace to the society through Islamic principles, I do not have the words to gratify this step of theirs, but I will quote here a couplet of Iqbal in this regard: مری مشاطگی کی کیا ضرورت حسن معنی کو کہ فطرت خود بہ خود کرتی ہے لالے کی حنا بندی The efforts of these young guys, their struggle, their teaching methods and procedures to provide awareness, trust me, they are really unique, brilliant and outstanding. I ask all my colleagues, students, friends and others who I know, since it is a beneficial opportunity, to invite these guys, to make them take classes with you, or else, it may be too late and you may be craving for this opportunity later. Thanks! God bless you all.Thank you!

I joined SFY nearly a year ago, i had a very buzzing journey. I learnt alot about organizing projects to Planning Projects. I had alot of character development in this past 1 year of being part or SFY. SFY changed our view of staring at the world by introducing us to Grassroots organizing. It has polished my hidden skills and talents from first day on. The journey was hard but very soothing making our mindsets more leader-istic. Leader is the one who knows the path, goes on the path and paves the path for others.
Time management is a very crucial aspect of today's modern era specially for youth and I was one of them. But after joining SFY I believe and realized that this deficit of my personality will be full filled in very little time of me being part of SFY as it refurbishes a person's personal capacity. Furthermore, I will stress upon the sharpened and polished skills that the SFY has highlighted which were not addressed before.
SFY made me know about the community’s strengths that together as a team we can do a lot. We can create awareness among people about many different issues such as MHM, Mental Health with which many people can benefit from SFY. SFY also helped us gain recognition among people. All i could say is it is a a unique experience and beautiful journey for me. I have learned a lot from being part of this organization. All the tips that were given felt directly applicable and often gave me that calming moment where everything finally clicked.
As a Leader, you never stop learning. Developing new skills, discovering new passions, gaining new insights about yourself and the world around you. Being a member in SFY helped a lot, the way they attempt their projects and the way they do their work is just perfection. As SFY focuses on growing leaders. Leading projects like Clothes Drive and Medical camps brings forward your Organizing qualities. While it’s important to remember that each person has their own unique narrative, it’s just as important to respect, appreciate, and take the time to understand this narrative.
SFY has helped me a lot in many aspects. Firstly their approach towards people their mindset way of working the details i think it has helped me a lot to grow as a leader. It taught and polished my communication skills. I think i am a better version of myself but with much more boldness and confidence. SFY’s work ethics., there step-by-step process of doing projects inspired me a lot about organizing. Especially in Pakistan we lack these things. The other thing would be their Broad Based mindset that excites me.
Being a single girl from my locality who is part of the Society For Youth , it is very challenging for me to do projects to improve the deterioration of my locality. But the passion and confidence I got from the support and teamwork shown by the SFY made everything easier for me. I love how the society works like a family.
When I got the privilege to be a part of SFY about six months ago, I thought that its aim would only be to eradicate poverty and i’ll do few projects on typical charity basis but SFY proved me wrong. The efforts that SFY makes for you cannot be easily found in places, it has created specific goals in my life because my goals and SFY’s Goals aligned thus giving me countless skills which i worked on making more perfect. It believes more in leadership which is very important for the development of the society and believes more in ideals.
Working in SFY, had really changed my level of thinking, inculcating in me the skills of leadership, management, broad-based organizing and the most important working for the low resourced community of the region. In SFY, I came across the phenomena that how things could be planned, initiated and laid down on ground which is the fundamental matter of management. SFY has given me a sense of thinking to work for the betterment of the community.
