The session focused on asking students about their personal experience of hygiene. It highlighted the importance of better menstrual health practices for young women. And the associated health risks of lack of proper menstrual healthcare. The #40in4Campaign aims to challenge taboos and myths about MHM. As well as facilitating deeper engagement on how to overcome these challenges. And being more intentional in creating safe spaces for women to share and talk about their immediate concerns on sensitive topics.
