The students were given a detailed session on “Menstrual Health Management”.The session highlighted the taboos and myths associated with menstruation and menstruating women. The students were provided with proper guidance on the use of various menstrual products as well. The session covered all the aspects related to menstruation, allowing the students to ask questions and to clarify their concerns regarding the menstrual cycle. The purpose of the project was to bring awareness to the students about menstruation and also to enlighten them with the hygiene practices that should be taken in order to prevent getting infections.
