The workshop focused on introducing students to the idea of Relational Meetings and utilizing relationships to build power.

Students discussed various issues in their communities, such as water crises, garbage dumps, and career counseling, and how Relational Meetings can be a helpful tool in organizing around these issues. Students learned about the Cycle of Organizing, and how Relational Meetings contribute to better planning, identifying key public concerns, and engaging leaders in the community. Students also reflected on their own journeys and wrote their leadership stories.

Thank you to Sir Suleiman and Sir Aman of Scholars School for their immense support and help in organizing this workshop. The #YPI22_23 is successful because of such community leaders helping conduct workshops.
