The session was aimed at not only raising awareness about menstrual health but also facilitate a conversation on the menstrual health issues females face. This problem affects the everday lives of females. Students shared how menstrual hygiene and experiences play a significant role in their lives. Additionally, the unhealthy and negative cultural taboos has a major psycological, behavioural and educational impact on the students.
