#YPI22_23 – Youth Peace Initiative Project Report
We are thrilled to share some highlights from our Youth Peace Initiative (YPI). The YPI was a joint initiative of the ICRD: International Center for Religion & Diplomacy (ICRD) and the Society For Youth focused on training young leaders to become impactful peace builders and change makers. We are thankful to all our leaders, local stakeholders, and partners for making the Youth Peace Initiative a huge success.
The #YPI22_23 was a joint effort between the Society for Youth and the International Center for Religion and Diplomacy (ICRD) to facilitate capacity-building and strengthening workshops for students in Pakistan. The #YPI22_23 utilized a flexible, critically engaging, and competency-enhancing curriculum to help students identify pressing issues in their communities. It helped students to learn about effectively utilizing tools and strategies of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution to organize around social justice issues.
