The session not only highlighted several important topics in menstrual health education such as puberty, its symptoms, menarche and the menstrual cycle but also facilitated deep reflections and meaningful discussions on critical challenges such as creating an MHM-informed school, a supportive environment inside and outside of the classroom.

The teachers from different academic backgrounds ranging from science to social sciences made rich engagement during activities like Myths & facts and making puberty easier for younger fellows.
