During the workshop, teachers freely discussed myths, taboos, and social restrictions surrounding menstruation, various topics related to puberty and menstruation were also covered, with a specially focusing on puberty and menarche.

Through engaging activities and insightful case studies, participants have gained a comprehensive understanding of the significance of menstrual education, empowering them to make informed reproductive health choices by tracking ovulation and menstrual phases. Participants also discussed the systemic gaps that impede proper menstrual education and how teachers can be at the forefront of changing eduction related to MHM.

Participants also discussed prevalent menstrual myths within their communities, subsequently clarifying these misconceptions with factual information as provided by facilitator.
