The session shed light on individual,s responsibility in properly managing menstrual health. It focused on busting the myths associated with #menstrualHealth and shared important factual information on Menstrual Hygiene Management. The conversation was focused on highlighting authentic hygienic practices and discouraging unhygienic practices that can pose various health hazards. As well as the various sustainable ways of handling menstruation were discussed to not only promote long term better health outcomes but also consciousness around environmental effects of menstrual health.

The #40In4Campaign aims to challenge popular myths and taboos around menstrual health in Pakistan. An is also highlighting proper Menstrual hygiene practices that are imperative to improve health and can help young girls manage periods with dignity and without discomfort or fear.
