#YouthPeaceInitiative – Day 2 PAK School and College, PH Campus
#YouthPeaceInitiative; Society for Youth organized 3 workshops on Relational Meetings, Organizing for Power, and Strategy Development for Organizing around Issues. Students from grades 9, 1st year, and 2nd year from PAK School and College Mardan and Success School System attended the workshops. Students learned about relational meetings’ importance and their fundamental role in building relational power. Students also practiced relational meetings and identified the approach as empowering and meaningful.

Furthermore, students developed three case studies on different issues; Youth mental health crises, Youth use challenges, and lack of career coaching opportunities in the education system.
They applied their learning from Organizing for Power and Strategy Development workshops to these issues. Students conducted a power analysis, identified key actors in each issues, within their communities, and devised different strategies and ideas to organize around.
The #YPI22_23 is promoting community based leadership through training young leaders and encouraging them to lead change-making projects.
