The session developed understanding among students regarding menstrual health and puberty. The objective of the session was to increase awareness among adolescent girls on Menstrual Hygiene and to provide knowledge about reusable and environmentally friendly sanitary products.

The session helped the girls to understand and manage their menstruation with dignity and comfort. And made facts-based knowledge accessible related to Menstrual Health so girls aren’t victims of myths and stigma. Students were encouraged to share their everyday challenges and obstacles they faced due to lack of awareness about menstruation. These challenges arose from certain myths and girls’ reluctancy towards discussing Menstrual irregularities and problems.
