Students were enlightened on Importance of Menstrual Hygiene Management as it is an important part of women’s health and well-being. It is a critical component of reproductive health and is essential for women’s physical, mental, and social health. MHM involves access to safe, affordable and environment friendly menstrual products, access to clean and private facilities for changing and disposing of menstrual products, and access to education and information about menstrual health.

Unfortunately, many girls and women do not have access to accurate and comprehensive information about menstrual health and follow false superstitious beliefs.This leads to health issues such as infections, as well as social issues such as embarrassment and stigma. By addressing these issues, #SocietyForYouth wants to ensure that women and girls have the resources they need to manage their menstrual health and well-being.
